Heya! I am Gian, I am Italian and I have lived in London for the past 5 years. I am a product associate and I am looking for 1 person to join me in renting a great flat in Mile End area.

I’m posting here because the other flatmate that agreed to move in with me has to leave the city for personal reasons.

The flat is in a brand new development, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living room and balcony. The only room available is the smaller double for £900 p/month plus around £60 to £70 for bills excluded council tax. I have uploaded a few photos but I have some more as well if you want to have another look. I

In terms of timeline, the move-in date is supposed to be the 18th of September, but before that the estate agent has to run the usual checks, which will take a week or so.

Now, If you are asking yourself "is this guy gonna be chill?" The answer is yes, I will try my best. I like to have my privacy (as every normal human being) but I also like to cook for people and kickback a little in the evening. I have no particular preference of any kind and even if it sounds like a cry for help, I swear it’s not (lol?).
