I live in a two bedroom flat, and my current flatmate will be moving out in September therefore I am looking for someone to move into the room.

The room is a single (although currently has a double bed), and comes with a separate storage cupboard adjacent to the room which doubles up as a wardrobe.

The flat also has a large living room with corner sofa, TV with surround sound, a good sized bathroom (with a bath and shower), a good sized kitchen including a breakfast bar, and a large private garden. It is located on a tree lined square with a park right outside and the area is very quiet.

The flat is about a 7 min walk to Highbury and Islington and Caledonian Road tube stations, or a 20/30 min cycle into town, and the 153 bus stops close by.
