Spacious and light studio with own access occupying the top floor of a spacious house. Shares common main entrance. Very private cosy flat. It says live in landlord but it’s only a shared entrance. But rarely there!
King size bed, brand new kitchenette, sofa, dining / desk area and large shower room on mezzanine floor.
The flat is fully self contained with fridge and cooking appliances and plenty of storage space. Large self contained space.
Electric blinds on Velux windows and views from kitchen and bathroom. Open plan. Partly furnished. Negotiation-able on all fronts. Have review from my previous tenant who stayed 3years as he loved it so much!!
Lovely area getting better every day. Chiswick very close and Westfield. Quiet crescent no building at the moment! Great neighbours pubs and restaurants. King street has loads.
