I'm a professional person, happy, laid back and positive.
I’ve lived and worked in London for 24 years, originally from the north of England. I appreciate normal, quiet times at home, where I can relax and shut the world outside.

The flat is modern, comfortable and quiet, west facing with large floor to ceiling double glazed windows, fitted blinds and modern decor/furnishings.

There’re two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, a kitchen, a good size living room with access to a large balcony on the first floor which looks onto a gated off courtyard with trees, plants and flowers.

I have the en-suite bathroom but you will have a bathroom that's three times the size for private use with a bath, shower, hand/wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail.
Your bedroom has one wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and a large chest of draws.

The flat has been redecorated throughout in the last 18 months, the flooring upgraded and replaced. Everything works as it should, any maintenance issues are sorted quickly.
Car parking is available, but at extra cost, payable to the site management company. (Not me)

Transport links are good. A bus stop is situated directly outside of the property with plenty others about, buses go to North Greenwich underground station (Jubilee line & O2 Arena)
Greenwich, or Woolwich in the opposite direction.

Maze Hill overground train station is an 8 minute walk with trains directly into London Bridge and Cannon Street inc Thames link services to St Pancras International/Kings Cross and south eastern trains to Kent.
