I have a large double bedroom to let in my spacious flat in Rotherhithe.
The room measures about 3.8m x 3.4m. There is a large chest of drawers, double wardrobe and other cabinets.

It’s a large purpose built flat, loads of light, comprises of kitchen, a lounge with balcony, 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

It’s double glazed, well insulated and has efficient gas central heating.
There is a TV and very fast fibre optic broadband

The place is on Brunel Road, Rotherhithe, close to the river and all the pubs and restaurants.

Rotherhithe station (zone 2) is a couple of minutes walk away. There are local shops, restaurants pubs and amenities close by.

There are two other flat mates, one guy his early thirties and one lady in her late twenties. Both are really nice, laid back and hard working.
I would consider a couple but the rent would have to be slightly higher to reflect the increased energy use.

The rent is £165pw includes all bills.

NO other charges.

I will need a deposit and references however the deposit can be negotiable.
