Very nice and clean modern flat to share in E1, a spacious double room fully furnished and recently decorated to give a warm welcome. The location is very central, compromising Whitechapel and Stepney Green station close by. In addition you also have links to Canary Wharf and bank via the DLR from Limehouse and Shadwell station. The area is fab with Stepney Green and Mile end park close by, in addition you have easy access to brick lane, shoreditch and Bethnal Green. Finally there are plenty of local amenities with Sainsbury’s superstore in Whitechapel.
There are currently 5 lovely people in the flat (2 couples and 1 single) and I am looking for a similar person who is friendly and clean and easy going.
Also to note the place is going for redevelopment in summer next year, so ideally it would be best for someone who is is looking to stay for around 6 months and happy to move when the time comes and of course plenty of time will be given to find another place.
