Hi everyone,

I'm a current housemate, and we're looking for someone new to join us!

We have a newly redecorated single room available. The price includes all bills (gas, electricity, council tax, broadband, water) and a cleaner who comes every 14 days to clean the common areas. We like having a clean house :) The house benefits from 350mb superfast fibre broadband - so no waiting around for Netflix!

The room has a single bed with a new mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It also features stunning views of canary wharf - but if you work there, you probably see enough of it ;)

There is a bus stop in both directions just outside. Buses to the wharf come every 5 minutes, and take 5 minutes. You can also walk there in 12 minutes #Gains!

We would prefer a clean and tidy housemate (to fit with other clean and tidy housemates). We're British, Bulgarian, Polish and Estonian - come add to the quirkiness!

The house is in a securely gated development, so is super safe :)
