I am moving out so I currently have the best room in the flat on offer. The flat has an amazing view of the Woodbury Down Reservoir from the balcony and you can often see boats sailing on the weekend which is nice.

The flat has all the modern fittings you would expect and the room itself has a wardrobe and a bedside table as well as a family bathroom which would solely be of your use. The living area/Kitchen has all the modern fittings.

The flat is within walking distance of:

- Manor House station (Piccadilly), about a 5-6 minute walk

- Finsbury Park Station (National Rail/Victoria), 10-15 minute walk

- Clissord Park (3-5mins) which is really scenic and there are some great walking routes

You'll be living with Nathan who is a 26 year old Engineer from Australia who is very easy going. He mostly keeps to himself but is happy to go to the pub (while we still can) or watch a film on the weekend. He also has an impressive coffee set up if your into your beans.
