Please note, this is a short let until 4th October 2020.

We're renting out a double bedroom in a spacious duplex apartment with its own bathroom. The room has plenty of storage. The building is gated and therefore very quiet, with the trees outside the bedroom you can sometimes hear the birds :)

There is a large kitchen (where several people can cook at the same time) and a big living room with all necessary utilities. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms.

You will be sharing the apartment with one more girl and one couple living in the master bedroom. Everyone has their own bathroom.

We are all young professionals (30-38 years old). We get along very well and we are extremely transparent and flexible. Everyone is quite busy but we do from time to time have a nice dinner or movie together.

The vibe is very nice, friendly and we all have a good sense of humour. We all put a little effort to keep it clean and tidy.

We are flexible with moving in date so please get in touch if you'd like to see the room.
