The studio flat is a self-contained flat on the lower ground with it's own entrance within house, but fully connected and accessible to the rest of the lower ground via doors that can be locked. The entire house, including the studio, has been rebuilt to a very high standard. The studio has it's own separate kitchen, and ensuite shower room.

The property is effectively a fully self-contained studio but Spareroom is not allowing me to list it under whole flat as it does not have a separate postal address to the main house.

This is a little bit of an unusual post, but I am offering reduced rent in exchange for 2hrs/day Monday-Saturday of housekeeping. The price includes all bills and high-speed wifi.

I have a 6 year old boy who occasionally stays with me and I have a job requiring more and more of my time, so I need help with daily housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Regarding the housekeeping work, there is some flexibility around the days and times. Tasks would include cleaning, tidying, laundry, and perhaps running errands. There will not be any babysitting or child-minding. Flexibility and a "can-do" attitude is key.

The post could suit a variety of people, and I am willing to be open minded for the "right" person. Please no couples or live-in BFs/GFs though!

I am looking for someone long term, minimum 6 months, but ideally who may be interested for longer. I am a professional landlord, so I know about respecting tenant's space, and I would expect the same level of respect and trust.
