I've got a cosy single room going in my lovely flat! It’s a good size room available for you to move into in the Brockley area.

The flat includes a shared bathroom and kitchen. The room is fully furnished & the flat is shared with the landlord who is quiet, clean and well maintained. I’m looking for someone who is friendly and clean & will enjoy living in this lovely vibrant area.

The room - a single room with a double sized bed with under storage + mattress and all bedding, two wardrobes with mirror, storage space & a TV. I’m happy to leave the furniture I’ve brought if you’re interested in it.

TRAVEL/CONNECTIONS
Flat is a 2 minute walk from Brockley station which gets you to Canada Water in 8 minutes, London Bridge in 10 mins, Victoria in 20 minutes & Croydon in 15 minutes with trains every 15 minutes. There’s also great bus links if that's your thing.

Short term (3-6 months) are welcomed & all bills included (council tax, water, Gas & electricity, Wi-Fi e. g) & I am a live in landlord so ideally I’m looking for a professional or student welcomed. Please contact me with any queries.
