Hello everyone,
We are looking for a flatmate (no couples) who can join us from the 6th of October.
The property is located close to Mile End station. This area is incredibly well connected (Central line, District line, Hammersmith and City line, buses); there are a few supermarkets nearby (i. e. Lidl, Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op) as well as small shops on each side of the building; there is a sporting centre and a few green areas for your spare time.
The room is furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a desk, and a chair. Wi-fi and all bills are included in rent. Your cut will be £600 per month. Shared and accessible areas of the house include kitchen (with a washing machine) and two bathrooms.

We are looking for someone nice, polite, very clean, willing to cooperate, and not noisy. All the rooms are not very well insulated from sound so we try to make life easy to each other by not making too much noise and, as consequence, not throwing any party.
