We are looking for a new flatmate for our property near St Johns Wood as our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.

The bedroom is a cosy, furnished double room that comes with a private bathroom. The flat is homely, very spacious with a shared kitchen and living room.

We are a couple (American and British) both working full-time during the week. We are friendly, welcoming and relaxed, and enjoy the usual activities like movies, restaurants, nights in etc. We are looking for a friendly flatmate who is ok living with a couple. We are happy to chat and socialise when we're in, but happy to give you your space if that's what's prefer, too. The most important thing for us is that you feel like it is your home as well.

My teenage sister also stays a few nights during the week for college, so she doesnt have to commute from Cambridge every day. She's a nice girl who's quiet and keeps to herself, but obviously that would have to be something you were ok with.

- 15 min walk to Regents Park and Primrose Hill

The room is available in the next few weeks and rent with bills comes to £780 pcm. The £50 deposit is actually a fee charged by the letting agents to change the names on the tenancy agreement. They will also want to run the usual reference checks.
