Really trendy area with all the amenities you could wish for. Transport is a dream with south Hampstead station (1 stop to Euston) and Swiss Cottage tube(jubilee line) just 2-3 mins walk from property. Buses plentiful and 6 mins walk to Finchley rd tube and West Hampstead tube and Thames link trains within short walking distance.

Shops cafe’s restaurants wine bars cinemas Waitrose M&S a huge Sainsbury’s and a Tesco opposite the home.
I am looking for a female who is independent relaxed friendly and respectful.
I’m a bit OCD re: cleanliness so clearing up after yourself and leaving shared areas clean after use is expected (no excuses)
It is important the right applicant is trustworthy and reliable.

Me I’m easy going have a sense of humour am none judgmental love travelling having fun doing Zumba and going to the gym (just up the road fab leisure centre and library with generous facilities for studying) I go out to socialise and get together with friends and don’t bring the party home with me home is a place to chill.

I have a little sweet and gentle pedigree Chihauhau non yapping she’s a bit shy but full of love.
I would welcome a short let for now ideally with a move out date by 1st March (unless I find someone suitable for a longer let) a mature confident friendly female would be great 😀🌺
