Looking for someone to take over my spacious double room. The flat is a 10 minute walk from Camden Town Station and closer to a few bus stops to take you straight to uni (UCL/SOAS/RVC/Birkbeck/LSE/Kin gs).

The room has a double bed, wardrobe, two drawers, and a desk with a chair. The 3rd floor flat has 4 bedrooms, separate toilet and shower, a lot of storage spaces, two balconies and all necessary kitchen appliances. There is no lift.

I am looking for a student, preferably undergrad to take over my lease on the 22 March 2020 until September 2020. The other 3 flatmates are all friendly 2nd years at UCL (Ages 19,21,21).

WiFi, gas and electricity come out at around £25 a month in total.

Feel free to ask me any more questions.
