I got offered a job in another country so sadly need to leave this beautiful flat and looking for someone who could replace me. The tenancy is until the end of October with the possibility to renew the contract.
There is one more professional living in the flat. He has a calm personality, is tidy and a good cook. He works in hospitality and usually does evenings.
The rent is monthly 812.5£ + bills which is around 150£. The area is quiet and super close to all amenities: high street is 5minutes away, off license and pharmacy is just downstairs, tesco is 3minutes away, bus stop 1 minute away, underground is 10 minutes walk (jubilee or bakerloo), overground is 5 minutes walk.

The room has plenty of storage, morning sun and comfy bed.
The living room/kitchen has sun all day long, there is also a rooftop area. Kitchen has modern appliances such a dishwasher, oven, electric hob, washing machine/dryer. The bathroom is very big: has a big rain shower unit + bath tub with a shower so it can be used as en suite.
The flat itself is warm, cozy and bright with minimalistic/modern interior. Has plenty of storage, space for your bicycle etc. It is perfect for someone who works from home or enjoys organizing dinner parties.
