Looking for a flatmate to move in to our amazing house in Belsize Park. Available from 3rd January for an initial three months, with the possibility to extend beyond this.

We're holding viewings on Thursday 17th December.

The flat is a great size, with a big bedroom, kitchen/dining room/living room, bathroom and second toilet. The room is fully furnished.

The rent is amazingly good for Belsize Park. £620 includes rent and bills.

Transport links are also brilliant. A few minutes walk from Swiss Cottage on the Jubilee line, a few minutes more to Finchley Road (Metropolitan) and not far from Belsize Park station (Northern). Plenty of buses too.

You'll be living with two flatmates: friendly, easy to get on with, one veggie, work in central London.

We're a friendly flat and get along really well but we have our separate lives and tend to keep ourselves to ourselves, and we'd be looking for people with a similar outlook. Must be clean and tidy.
