I have a double room to rent, with use of clean bathroom, large modern kitchen, living room and a lovely garden. Parking available either in the drive or quiet road directly outside the house. The house is a 5 min walk to the village of Chalfont St Giles with lovely pubs and local amenities. If you like to get outdoors there are plenty of opportunities for cycling, running or leisurely walks in the beautiful Chilterns. Local schools and hospitals are a short drive away and the nearest mainline/tube station is Chalfont & Latimer.
Inclusive of bills and broadband.
Looking for a professional male or female who is clean and tidy. I have a black Labrador dog, so someone who likes dogs is preferable!
Ideally hoping to find someone who wants to rent during school/university term times but open to being flexible on this.
