Sharing the flat with one person only, owner, straight bloke, love my gardening, reading and art galleries. Clean, quiet place.
Not for smokers, no parties, no space for bike.
There are no cleaning "duties" to think about, I do clean my flat daily, its easy maintainable.
The room has double bed, double glazed big windows very clean, damp free, noise free.
The bed can be positioned in different ways around the room, if you don't like it as it is now; the photos will give you an idea of the place, and if you could literally fit in it.
Large wardrobe, desk, cupboards for 2-3 suitcases. No more. Small place.

There is not a "living room" here.
In the kitchen, there is your own fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, cooker.

Reference will be required, and cross checked if necessary.
I prefer someone who, has a work routine, its independent, punctual, and tidy.
