I am looking for a flatmate for a beautiful flat in South Kensington with amazing location(4 minutes walk to the tube, with nice shops around).

It is a single bedroom in a bright two-bedroom flat (If preferred, a standard double bed can be fitted in the room). It is on the 3rd floor of the building. It features an open-plan living room and kitchen and a shared bathroom.

You will be sharing with me, a 32 year old female working in marketing. My interests are food(love discovering new spots in London),travelling, exercise, music, hanging out with friends. I also enjoy some nights in.

Ideal flatmate would be friendly, respectful, and tidy.

Bills included(including Wi-Fi).

It will be 1 year contract with 8 months break clause.*
