My flatmate is leaving and I’m looking to rent out her double en-suite bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat (with balcony).

• You’ll be living with ME! 28, and a student at the RCA. Friendly, clean, fun, & always looking to make new friends
• Fully furnished and functional flat with a balcony, washer, & dishwasher
• The room is currently fully furnished as well but I can remove some of the furniture that didn’t come with the flat if you prefer
• Well-connected area, 15 minute walk to Sloan Square station and 20 minute walk to South Kensington station. 5 minute walk to Battersea Bridge (and the RCA Battersea campus)
• Ideally looking for students, but working professionals are also welcome

💷 Rent: £1250 + bills (~£125)
