I have a good-sized double bedroom with built in wardrobes in my modern Apartment. I am looking for a lodger who works or studies full time.

Only a few minutes away from Liverpool city centre (7 minutes by train).

The living room is equipped with a brand new smart TV, computer desk, chair, and piano for any musicians. The apartment is extremely well insulated and heats up within a matter of minutes.

You will have full access and use of the main bathroom as I have an en-suite and barely use the main. The kitchen is equipped with a washer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender/soupmaker, and fridge-freezer. There is plenty of cupboard storage.

The house has CCTV covering the front door and back door. There are cameras in the underground car park for extra security and safety.

The house is located on Hamilton Square which is close to the Birkenhead market, ASDA, bars, restaurants, café, etc. The neighbours are nice and friendly, and the location is very safe, also at night.

The location is great for someone without a car. We have excellent road and train links to Liverpool, Chester, Airports, etc.

The room rate includes all bills, broadband, and council tax.
