I have a 2 bed newly decorated house with a spare room, I recently just moved in and I have a garden parking conservatory I work nights as a carer so most of the time I’m sleeping or with my family, The room is medium size has silver carpet and can be painted whatever colour you want complete with blinds and black out silver curtains, it’s unfurnished as only recently moved in myself and this was last on the list, I’m outgoing bubbly and very easy to get along with, I require tidiness around the house and the house is very spacious, I’m in blacon close to bus stops shops are 10 minutes away

The room is £400 per month this would include the gas electric water council tax rent and also broadband I do have a spare tv 40 inch this can put into your room if you require as I only use the one downstairs
