I have a spacious king-sized bedroom to rent, with adjacent office space available to rent during the daytime if working from home.

The available bedroom is newly carpeted with modern fitted wardrobes and blackout curtains. It is on a separate level to my own bedroom and my lounge and has an ensuite, including a toilet sink and shower allowing privacy. The kitchen is modern and bright and there is a lockable shed that can be used to store a bike as well as parking space.

The flat is on 2 levels and is bright and spacious and has been recently renovated throughout. It is on the top floor (without an elevator) in the centre of West Kirby. The location is great – minutes from shops, train station with a direct line to Liverpool. You are also within minutes of a leisure centre with a swimming pool and the beach.

In the flat currently is me and my wonderful rescue cat, Olga, she is timid so keeping the home calm and peaceful (and liking cats!) is important. I am a nurse and currently work Monday -Thursday mornings mostly in Liverpool.
