These rooms don't come up very often. The small room, number 6 on the top floor is furnished with single bed and just redecorated and carpeted. Rent is every 4 weeks with 4 weeks in advance as deposit. So to move in after satisfying references you will pay £320. Supply own bedding and dishes etc
