The GARDEN STUDIO forms part of a modernised Victorian property on a quiet lane in the Whyke area of Chichester. 10 mins walk to town centre. Wide windows give a view onto the landscaped patio garden. There is a rear entrance for independent access.

GARDEN STUDIO is suitable for ONE professional person in FULL DAY TIME employment or full time education. Parties are not permitted.

NOT for COUPLES or WORKING FROM HOME

NON SMOKERS ONLY. No smoking or vaping.

GARDEN STUDIO is a fresh and comfortable bed/sitting room, well furnished with a double bed and an excellent mattress.

EN SUITE toilet and basin, desk, armchair, wardrobe storage, small fridge, kettle, Nespresso machine, and WIFI.

SHOWER ROOM is across the patio inside the house. Available 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

REAR DOOR to the Studio leads onto the back passage, which is accessed through a locked iron gate.

BILLS included-CLEANING £15/month

ELECTRIC RADIATOR to be turned OFF when leaving the premises. DEHUMIDIFIER to be left ON during the day to keep the Studio fresh. Evenings optional.

KITCHEN is in the main house. Breakfast from 8-9:00 am. Dinner from 5-7:30 pm.

WASHING MACHINE is available for guests to use (DAYTIME). Heated electric drying rack.

ON STREET parking is free on Sundays. Monthly permit for nearby Cattle Market Car Park is £56/per month. Free neighbourhood parking within 5 mins walking distance.
