We have a double room available in a house share close to St. Richards Hospital and within 5-10 minutes walk of both Chichester town centre and Sainsburys/John Lewis retail park.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, tidy housemate to join us. Preferably a professional.

The house has four bedrooms, a spacious living room, a massive kitchen, a small upstairs bathroom & toilet and a large downstairs shower room, as well as a reasonable garden. The price includes all bills (water, electricity, gas, high speed broadband, tv license) and council tax. It also includes white goods like cleaning products, toilet roll etc.

The room is available from 5th November onward, earlier moving in dates may be considered but it would depend on the outgoing housemate. Rent runs from the 5th to the 5th.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, a desk, rug, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside drawers. We also share kitchenware.
