Room to rent (not a house share). Looking for a quiet, happy, non-smoking professional female to rent a double room in a small 2 bed house. Must work full-time and not working from home.

Must be clean and tidy as it’s a new build house on Minerva Heights development, North Chichester. Off road parking available. Quiet cul-de-sac.

The area you are renting is a double bedroom comprising of a king size bed, 2 bed side tables, 2 chests of drawers, clothes rail, and sole use of its en-suite bathroom (shower cubicle, toilet, sink). Small fold-away clothes drying rack and a floor standing mirror. Bedroom window overlooking back garden.

Shared use of the kitchen, with access to fridge/freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher, microwave, (no iron, no tumble dryer). Double doors leading to an enclosed garden. Side gate gives access to the garden, ideal if using a bike.

Wifi and all bills included. No TV package (sky/virgin etc) in the property. TV licence included if wanting to watch BBC iPlayer on your laptop (no TV provided in the room). Current lodger has their own which is TV connected to their laptop to watch their Netflix account.

Live in landlady is a hard working friendly professional, works from home 3 days a week, home weekends, Enjoys relaxing in her spare time. Definitely not a party house. Partner stays over on a regular basis, landlady and partner uses the kitchen and garden (plus lounge which is an open space not used by the lodger).

This accommodation is suitable as a temporary base for someone ideally for 6 months, could be longer. Ideal for someone looking for accommodation close to their employment (I, e. St Richards Hospital or town centre).
