A very large, furnished double room and (almost) private bathroom in a quiet and friendly estate to the north of Chichester.

I am a teacher and my 8-year-old son lives with me for half the week. There are also several friendly cats in residence.

The room is furnished with double bed, two side tables with lampshades, triple wardrobe with mirror, large chest of drawers, work desk with chair and lamp, and a mini "living" section containing a small sofa, armchair, small coffee table and a bookcase with cupboard space.

You will have almost sole use of the bathroom next door, which has a bath and shower, and totally sole use in the mornings. Occasionally I use the bath in the evenings.

There is a small garden with a seating area, a balcony off the living room and a parking space.

The house is very close to Graylingwell Chapel, which offers a variety of evening entertainment and a lovely cafe, and also to Havestock Park and the Pavilion café. There is quick and easy access to Goodwood, St Richard's Hospital, Chichester University and the town centre, by walking/cycling routes or car. Close to Aldi, Lidl and Sainsbury's.
