The Home is situated 5 Miles south from Bosham station. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location. There is no bus service and as such, the lodger will need to have their own car.

• The room available – double bedroom with either a double bed or two single beds. There is a wardrobe, 2 chairs and desk

The older lady is looking for a lady lodger over 30 years that can provide 10hours a week with company mostly and perhaps sharing an evening meal 2-3 times a week. This is only appropriate for a woman and not for couples or those with pets.

THE HOUSEHOLDER. The retired lady is in her 80s. She worked in the arts and is very independent in her daily life. She has a very supportive family. The householder likes watching news and films as well as playing cards and walking her dog.
