I have a lovely spacious new double bedroom available to rent.

The room comes furnished with a brand new double ottoman style bed and wardrobe.

I have advertised for all week however I am happy for someone to rent the room Monday to Friday if preferred (rent would be less).

I haven’t specified a length of term but this can be discussed.

The property is a 2 bed semi-dettached house with a shared bathroom, private back garden and you will also have an allocated parking space. The cupboard in the room is an airing cupboard so unable to use.

The property is situated in a really nice location, 5 min drive to Chichester shops/town and not far from the train station. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road.

I work Monday to Friday. A dog lover is a must, as I have a gorgeous, friendly dog. He comes to work with me, so won't be at the property during the day however will be there evenings and weekends.

I enjoy socialising with my friends, cooking/baking delicious food and going for long walks. I am a happy and positive person.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy, happy and easy going and who is a professional like myself.

I am not looking for couples.
