Hi, I'm looking for a quiet, non smoking, respectful individual to rent a room in my home.
Included is a large spacious double bedroom with built in wardrobe, dresser, desk, sofa , fridge, TV, double bed.
There is shared access to utility room/kitchen, down stairs shower room and upstairs bathroom. There is off road parking on the drive when available! The property is in a very quiet residential road/village.
Bus stop is just a few hundred meters away with buses every 20 minutes to chichester and bognor Regis. It's a 5 minute drive to chichester centre.
I am seeking someone who will fit in. Who values a quiet, peaceful environment where we respect each other’s personal space and property.
You will be sharing with me and another lodger.
Broad band WiFi is included as are all bills except telephone and of course food/cleaning products etc.
