Street parking-you can always get space in this short road. A peaceful home in a quiet village with a local pub that serves food; it is surrounded by woodland, farms, and footpaths. Nearest shop 1mile. Bus to Chichester (10miles) takes 30mins runs 6am to 5pm only, no.54 Stagecoach.
Road links to Chichester (10miles), Havant, Portsmouth, Petersfield via A27, A259 and A3. The nearest rail station is Rowlands Castle, about a 10 minute drive, or Havant - 15 min drive.
The rent includes all bills and wifi. Mobiles - only the EE & Tesco networks get a phone signal in the house, if you're on another network you'll need WiFi calling or you can get a signal up the hill.
The decor is a bit arty (I'm an artist). I work from home most of the time so I'm looking for a lodger to share who works or studies elsewhere during the day. Will suit someone who enjoys a peaceful place, there are lots of footpaths through woodlands and fields, wonderful views.
