Hi!

My name is Patti (26), and I’m looking for a great new housemate to move in with me in this 2-bed appartment in the heart of Chiswick, 20 sec from Turnham Green tube station and 1 min walk to Chiswick Hihg Road. ☺

• A bit about me •
I am 26 and I am originally from Sweden. I work here in London, normaly in the film industry. My hobbies are traveling, having a laugh, film, socializing and I enjoy an occasional glass of wine. :)
Usually my weeks are quite full, but I always try to spend some evenings (and the weekend) for relaxing and fun.
I’m not too much a big party/going-out girl –I love having dinner and/or wine with friends at home (or having movie nights) –but I do like to go out to a pub or club occassionally :)

• What I look for in a housemate •
I am looking for a laid-back, clean, social, respectful housemate, ideally a girl in her 20s or 30s. Someone who could become a friend as well as a housemate. Someone who's social but respects personal space as well. Someone who’d like occassional (cooking or ordering) dinner together, have a movie night, go for a coffee or drink, catching up after a long day, etc. :)

Moving-in date is flexible!: Anytime between the 18th of June and the 30th of July.

• The appartment & Room •
There's a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, toaster and kettle in the kitchen. In the living room there are 2 big sofa’s, a dinner table, 4 chairs, a desk and many big high windows. The appartment is therefore always very light. In the bathroom there is a good-working shower, a comfortable bath and a washing machine (also functioning as a dryer).
In the available bedroom there is a double bed, a big wardrobe, a bedside table and 1 big window (with view on green trees). Another cool bit (in my opinion) is the rooftop, which you can access through both bedroom windows. It’s a flat roof, above a car-repair shop (so no neighbours downstairs). It's great to hang out there, sit down, picnick, have a chat and enjoy the (evening) sun!

• About the Area •
It took me a long time to find something nice as well as affordable in Chiswick, and I finally found this little yet amazing appartment. It’s only a 20 second walk to the tube station (district line – 30 min. to the center of London), and less than a minute walk to the Chiswick High Road, where you can find all the cute café’s, restaurants, shops and cute coffee places. Chiswick is very green as there are loads of little parks, and many people bike.

The apartment looks out on one of the big parks. There are always people sitting or walking there; on sunny days walking their dogs and having picknicks. The area is green, comfotable, safe and lovely.
