- We are a professional, art- and travel-oriented couple, looking for a female, (18-40 years old) flatmate to our 2 bedroom flat at least for 6 months but preferably more;
- Only the 3 tenants (including you);
- Everything is legal and set in contract according to law.

THE GARDEN AND SWIMMING POOL:

- Huge private Mediterranean style garden only for the residents full of roses, palm trees and lavender maintained daily by professional in-house gardener;
- Enough spacious to play freely badminton or frisbee, or doing fitness or yoga in many parts of this garden;
- In the garden we have a heated and filtered SWIMMING POOL, (depth is between 1. 5m and 3. 5m), the water quality is checked every day by our house manager and in-house gardener. Perfect for leisure and fitness.

- Please note that there is no shared living room or common lounge area just your private room and the shared bathroom, kitchen and the entrance reception area - but you have a swimming pool and the garden of your dreams;
- You will have your own fridge with freezer;
- This is a clean and tidy flat, shared with us, a friendly, social and open-minded couple;
- A calm, relaxed and friendly household where you can have your full privacy and peace.

- We are a non-smoking, easy-going couple;
- A freelance photographer/web designer/graphic designer and a marketing professional.
- We love all the form of arts, quality music, international cuisine, cycling, motorcycling and active sports - and of course SWIMMING!
- We are travelling frequently all over the world (obviously, not now because of the current situation but usually 3-6 trips in a year);
- We live in this flat since 2015, and since 2010 in Chiswick;
- We are two tenants of the private landlord who does not live in the flat;

PAYMENT:

- The deposit (£700) and the first month of rent (£700) is required;
- The rent will be paid monthly via direct debit or bank transfer.


ABOUT YOU:

- We are looking for a clean and tidy female flatmate who is ideally also a professional, preferably 18-40 years old;
- It's a non-smoking flat, so ideally non-smokers;
- Sadly, no pets allowed.

VIEWING:

- Personal viewing is possible from Monday to Thursday after 5:30 pm and from Friday to Sunday all day;
- Virtual viewing is possible in any video chat app (Apple FaceTime, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber or Zoom);
