Hi all,

This fantastic room is looking for a new tenant!
The room is a double, it has a king size bed a table and desk; which makes it ideal for homeworkers or students as it doesn't feel claustrophobic (unlike most rooms in London). There is no shared living room. Fully furnished kitchen, washing machine, small separate toilet and bathroom. The house is on the riverside and less than a 5 min walk to Chiswick House Gardens, ideal for running or chilling on a day off.

The E3 stops right outside of the house and will take you to Chiswick train station, Turnham Green and Acton. You can also take the 190 to Richmond (10 min).If you wish to walk Turnham Green is about 20 min away. In the area there are a big Sainsbury's and Lidl, plus plenty of local shops in Turnham Green.

You will be sharing with 3 other professionals, we are all quiet and usually mind our own business but sometimes enjoy a drink together. The flat is open to anybody, but only suitable to single tenants (but partners can visit of course).

Rent is £510 per month including all bills, with a deposit of £510.
