I have a room available for a Monday-Friday (4 night a week) rent in my lovey Chiswick home. Rates can be adjusted for less days although 4 days is highly preferred. You have your own room with a clothing rail/chest of draws and plenty of space. The bed can be made into a single bed (pictured) or into a super King double, as you choose. You will also have your own private toilet and bathroom on the same floor next to the room. The lounge and kitchen are shared and you are welcome to use the fridge freezer for storage of food and for cooking. I have designated a kitchen cupboard for storage and you have use of your own crockery and glassware. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, air fryer, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

I have a garden/outside space which you are welcome to use and it is secured for storing bikes should you wish to use this.

I have my own space upstairs with room, bathroom and office space so the first floor is primarily for your own use and the second floor is my personal space. I have a young small dog that I look after part-time and I don't know what our future living situation will be like so I am asking that the renter be ok with the potential for a hypoallergenic and non-shedding dog being in the house in the future. Since she is so young she would never be left unattended in the house at this time and would only be there when I am there and for likely short periods and from January 2025 onwards.

Parking is not completely out of the question but very tricky. Street parking is available but since I am so close to Brentford Stadium and train station restrictions are 10-12 noon and 6-8pm weekdays and then 4-6 pm on a Saturday / Sunday. Permits are available but you need to be able to supply a driving licence showing you live here and also at least one utility bill or voter registration.

The room could theoretically accommodate a couple there is enough room but the price would need to be adjusted accordingly.
