Close by bus links for Stockport, Stretford, Trafford Centre and Manchester City Centre, with plenty of local shops and a short walk away from the bus station and Beech road area.

Large back garden with a plum tree that gives plenty of delicious fruit in the summer and the Chorlton Ees/Sale Water Park/Chorlton Water Park area is very close by; great for cycling, walking or foraging.

We are two brothers renting the property looking for a housemate as our friend is moving in with their partner (and may sometimes pop round with a greyhound in tow to watch wrestling), the property is available for 6 months, at which point our Greek friend will be taking the room from September to study their masters degree. Open to enquires immediately from anybody, we respect pronouns and are queer friendly.

The property has a shared bathroom, downstairs WC, shared living room and kitchen with washing machine. The property comes fully furnished and the room itself comes with a bed and wardrobe included.

The property has parking out front on the private driveway, we don’t drive meaning there will always be parking available.

The room is officially available from the 1st of March; however arrangements could be made to ensure that the room is made available earlier.
