Hi! My name is Mia I am a current flat mate in the house and have lived here for a year so please ask any questions I’m sure I’ll have the answer 😁. Myself and May live in this 3 bedroom house along with Rosie who is leaving at the start of November due to personal circumstances. We are both very friendly and laid back people just looking for someone like-minded to share the house with.

Bills come to approx £100 each a month and that includes everything from council tax to Tv license.

The house is clean spacious and comes with everything you’ll pretty much need. The room with come unfurnished however we have lots of spare bits an bobs and lots of storage that’s available if needed.

I work full time as does May so the house is very quiet during the week and we’re not big partiers so there is not really any disturbance at all. I would like someone who we could be comfortable enough to have a chat, eat or drink with now and again, after all we will be living together.

The landlords are super friendly which is a huge bonus. The street is also full of lovely neighbours, just around the corner from Chorlton water park. The street also has parking access if you drive.

I do have a small dog called Frankie but she’s super chilled. I just need someone who I can trust to be in the house with her as she is like my baby!
