Hiya! Im George. I'm moving out and so we have a room available from the start of December in our large Chorlton house share.

The main bits:
- Available room is downstairs and is the largest room - space for a sofa, coffee table, bed, desk, draws, etc. Basically a studio
- The windows have shades so the room is not visible to the street through the windows
- The rest of the house is big too, plenty space for all your stuff, bike, etc
- Heatings great, always warm
- The bathroom was redone a year ago, looks mint with a huge shower. We have a spare toilet as well
- All bills and council tax included
- Washer, dryer, 2 good sized fridge freezers
- 6 min walk to the tram, with Morrisons right next to it
- There's a market right outside the house every month with tons of nice food
- Barbikan, Unicorn Deli, Tea Hive, and loads more amazing food places nearby. Beach road is a 10 min walk
- 10/15 mins to Longford park or Turn Moss

Other stuff:
- Large basement for storing stuff. Not the cleanest though
- There's a 1 bed apartment on the top floor (so 5 people total, but you'll share bathroom and kitchen with 3 others). They're sound, although their access to their flat is through our front door/stairs
- There is driveway parking for 3 cars, although everyone has a car already. There are plenty of on street parking spots within 100m
- 2 of the guys will be away for December - it might be a quiet house when you move in

We'd really like a flatmate that we can hang with and have a good chat. We've had major trouble with hygiene in the past (maggots, flies (all gone now)) so keeping communal space clean is critical too

We all work from home most days and hang out for lunch/in the evenings, lots of COD zombies, poker, movies, gym, cooking, etc.
