We have a single room coming available in our 3-bed semi-detached home. Currently, we are two females living together and we are seeking a third housemate. The room is available from the 1st of September.

The Location
The house is located on Merseybank Avenue, it’s a 2-minute walk to the bus stop with direct links into Piccadilly (bus 101,102, and 103), alternatively, you can cycle 10 mins to the Barlow Moor Road tram stop. The centre of Chorlton is also a 10-minute cycle ride. The green belt of Chorlton Water Park is 5 mins walk.

The Room
While the room itself is a single, the rest of the house is available to use. The room is pleasant and sunny and comes furnished with a small double bed, a desk, and a built-in wardrobe. The price is the best bit at just 220 a month (not including bills). Perfect for someone who doesn't need loads of space or who is saving.

Bills aren’t steep, the electric is on a meter which we each pay 10 pounds per month (roughly), council tax and internet together are about 40 per person each month, and we pay gas and water quarterly as and when the bills come in.
There’s a generous living room, a kitchen, a nice sized grassy back garden, ample parking, and a separate toilet and bathroom with bath and shower.

Current Housemates
We are two independent women living here both in our early thirties. We work from home so tend to be home a lot, although we both have active lives so can be away with sports /travelling a fair bit. We have a dog (Luna) who is an amazingly friendly and fun golden retriever mix so we are certainly seeking a laid-back dog lover. We also have a chilled and typically aloof cat (Bedford).
