I was going to rent my small spare room out but had feedback that’s it’s too small so I plan to move in there and rent out the spacious double where there is room for a desk for those working from home. The flat is well looked after. The flat is on the ground floor and has a lovely wrap around garden. I’m clean and tidy. I’m a student studying public health. My interests involve art, music, sewing, knitting, swimming. I like going out for a drink or food but equally happy to stay in and watch something on Netflix with a takeaway. Female preferred. It would be great if I could make a new friend in my new housemate. Also I have a friendly cat called Mitzy.
