We have a room available in our friendly vegan / vegetarian house in Chorlton!
It's a lovely area in one of the old Victorian style houses. Everyone is very friendly and we occasionally cook together, practice yoga and some housemates practice meditation in our garden.
The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk and chair. It is at the back of the house so it looks onto the garden :)
There are two bathrooms and each one has a bath / shower / toilet.
Two streets away from Morrisons and the Chorlton metro or a 20 minute cycle into the city centre. There are lots of lovely charity shops on Wilbraham Road around the corner and it is close to the Unicorn vegan grocery!
The room is only £295 and the bills come to around £70 per month, maybe a little more in winter. The deposit is £370.
The contract of the house is 3 months and then after that it is rolling monthly. It is a calm house rather than a party house. Get in touch!
