The current household is a mixed group from 26-36 and a cat!

It’s important for us to find a friendly person who is conscious & respectful of other housemates. We aren’t a party house, we occasionally socialise together but also have our own things going on too.
Whilst we do have one omnivore in the house, the rest of the housemates are veggie or vegan so we would prefer someone who is meat free.
We like to try and keep on top of the cleanliness of shared areas and would like the new person to muck in too, though we do have a weekly cleaner so it’s more keeping things tidy where we can!

Our interests include music (eclectic range) gigs/festivals, films, travel, pub-quizzing, games, gardening, nature, keeping fit, yoga, meditation, climbing & cooking.

The En-suite Room:
Large double room on the first floor. Fully furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers double bed & a desk. The window looks out over the garden.
The en-suite has also just been refurbished.
Black out blind & key lockable fire door.

The rent includes council tax, water, & tv licence.
Gas, electricity & internet (virgin) is shared between us, it usually works out around £50 ish per person a month dependent on the time of year although prices are going up and down at the moment so that could change a little.

The house has two communal bathrooms and two en suite bedrooms. So four showers in total and no queues! Also all bedrooms have key locks on the doors.
We have a washer and a drier in the basement.

There’s a nice garden with patio area at the rear of the house.
Close to center of Chorlton and all bars/amenities. In between Chorlton and St Werburgh's trams stops. (couple mins walk to both) on street parking is available on the road.
