I will be travelling for work from January to March so the room will be available for 2 months at least.

It’s a great room in a warm, friendly house perfectly placed for experiencing the city. If you’ve recently moved to London and need a base, filling a gap between another move or just looking for a new experience this could be for you.

The room can be available just before Jan if necessary

We're situated 5 minutes' walk from Angel Station and about 10 minutes from Kings Cross. You have the delights of Islington and Clerkenwell only minutes away and at a brisk pace you can be in Soho in around 35/40 minutes or on the Southbank.

It's a cosy room, comes furnished as you can see from pictures, newly replaced mattress and duvet. Desk & monitor for work.

The house is large and slightly idiosyncratic, with a shared lounge, dining area, kitchen, three floors, two bathrooms. Almost everyone who has stayed here finds it “unique” but best to see in person.

About us:
You will be sharing with 3 girls and 2 guys, aged from 25 to 35. We keep the house as a home and as with any shared accommodation we do try to be respectful of each other’s space, keep the shared areas clean for other peoples use and no excessive noise in the later hours, specifically Monday to Friday. That said, if the prospect of social interaction seems taxing or tiresome, this probably isn’t the place for you! We do occasionally share a meal together and invite friends over for drinks so, while you have no obligation to participate, there may be small disturbances from time to time, such is the reality of living in a house with wooden floors!
