One of our housemates is sadly leaving us. The two remaining housemates would very much like to stay in the property, so we're looking for a new friendly person to take his place.

The room is a south-facing double with a (purely decorative) fireplace, and not on the roadside, so nice and peaceful at night.

One bathroom and a great kitchen well-equipped (no living room).

One month of deposit is required, and the bills are included!
There is also a £15 for the broadband.
