Rent is £750 a month with bills which includes everything and a cleaner who comes twice monthly and is super thorough.

The flat comes fully furnished otherwise, and is very modern - KitchenAid appliances, nutribullet, hue personal wireless lighting throughout (motion activated), wireless Airplay speakers in each room, a large TV with Netflix and Apple TV.
