Room with window to terrace in an especially bustling stretch of Dalston. The building is strategically located a few doors down from the Haggerston Pub, an amazing Italian restaurant and several pop-ups. The room comes furnished with a king sized bed, a closet of drawers and a desk.

As the four bedroom flat is split into two separate floors, you have a feeling of privacy in the downstairs area, which you would be sharing with one other person. In addition, the downstairs has its own full bathroom.

The open plan kitchen is well-equipped and the living/dining area is bright and welcoming with hardwood floors.

The flatmates, Chantal, Jordan and Aiden, are professionals and international students in their mid to late 20s. They are tidy and social while still respecting each other's privacy. They are all interested in music and culture, and enjoy a flat bbq on the terrace when the weather allows!

We're looking for a professional or student who is clean and not adverse to tidying up after themselves.

However, approximately every week our cleaner is taking care of the common shared areas.
