Follow up extra details - the story

This is an awesome, one-in-a-kind flat and we're really sad to leave it. It has 4 bedrooms - 1 gigantic one (which is occupied by Evan, who's stranded in the USA), 2 medium-size en-suite bedrooms (£1250 excluding bills) , and 1 small room (700£ excluding bills). All the rooms except Evan's are up for grabs. The landlord owned many restaurants in the past, so the kitchen is amazing, fully fitted, and he's the best landlord we've had. It's also "pay-as-you-go" so you don't have to commit to a particular time. The flat also had 2 patios, and of course, the hot tub, which is such a perk in quarantine times. Because of the COVID situation, we're only taking viewings for people who are really interested, I can send you a video tour of the flat. If you're interested, I'm happy to refer you to the landlord to discuss in more details.
