Current room mates are 3 absolutely lovely gentlemen ages 29-39. Nick studying his Masters in Science and International Security at KCL in london. Joe is a Police officer. Sam works in admin in Soho and is a music journalist by night. They are all non smokers and their interests are art and music. They are super tidy and clean and this is not a party house. So looking for someone chilled and respectful to fit in with this house hold. Unfortunately no couples or pets.

The flat would suit students or young professionals working in the area. The flat is located in a prime location, 10 minute walk from Old Street. There are loads of great parks (shoreditch park) nearby and not far from the canal if you enjoy a stroll by the water (maintaining a clear 2m distance of course). Within walking distance from Columbia road flower market, and some awesome bars like ballie ballerson, blues kitchen, the breakfast club. Plenty of other fun stuff too if you're not into the night life. Lots of convenient grocery stores nearby.

The flat comes fully furnished and has a separate bathroom and toilet. No lounge.

Deposit is 1 months rent + first months rent in advance. References required. Each tenant will be on an individual contract which makes your life easier as you don't need to worry about the other tenants. Landlord ideally looking for a 12 month contract with 6 month break clause. All bills including internet is included in rental price.

Rent for room 1 is £720 per month.

Possibly the best thing to mention is the amazing landlord. She is really considerate and reactive to her tenants needs!
